Previously known as Gemma Michelle Aesthetics, this clinic wanted a fresh look and brand style that reflects the new direction of the business. I worked with Gemma on some feedback for her new name and we worked together to create her target market. Gemma was keen to adopt a style and strategy that gave a sense of gravitas for her work. Aesthetics businesses sometimes get a bad rep and Gemma knew that her target audience was looking for a trustworthy clinic who treated their clients with respect, honesty and the highest in ethical practices.
